Compass Health’s experience in managing substantial projects indicates that the management needs to be flexible, well organised and have expertise in a large number of areas. Because of the broad scope and range of expertise required, Compass Health engages a number of services coordinators who are experienced individuals currently working within the Compass Health team.

Each service coordinator is giving the responsibility for a particular area of service delivery including advising on the appointment of staff within their team and providing leadership and advice to all members of that team.  The services coordinator will report directly to the contractor representative.

Compass Health notes and understands the significant reporting requirements of our clients.  Responsibility for preparation of reports will be delegate to the appropriate individuals within the management group, however, the Logistics Manager will have the specific task of ensuring reports are prepared and submitted on schedule to the company.

The Operations Manager will undertake the responsibility to liaise with the company site representative to ensure all work related incidents are correctly reported within the HSE statistics.
